POLICY
All members of the company have the responsibility to behave HONORABLY and in accordance with our institutional philosophy, code of ethics and values; therefore, it is forbidden to engage in bribery and corruption practices.
SCOPE
This policy is applicable to all employees of the company regardless of their position and hierarchical level, as well as the duration of their contract. It also includes external customers, suppliers and government agencies with which the company deals.
It is also applicable to any dealings, contracts or negotiations within or outside the country.
DEFINITIONS
- Bribery, any activity of offering any gift (gift) in exchange for particular benefits.

- Area directorates, support with the implementation of policies and guidelines.
- Of all personnel, to implement the policies and guidelines in this document, as well as the auxiliaries. In addition to denouncing those cases that violate these bylaws.
BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

The only gifts that may be received are institutional gifts; however, depending on the type of gift, QSAR Analytics S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to accept or return it. Likewise, the gifts given by the company will be of an institutional nature and will be given at representative times (e.g., the Christmas period) or on the company's anniversary.
BUSINESS MEALS
QSAR Analytics S.A. de C.V., supports the coexistence that allows closer relationships with its customers, employees and suppliers; however, before accepting any invitation, the staff will evaluate the place and the intentions of this, making sure that the schedule is relevant and according to the particular situation. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of all collaborators to be careful about offering any type of celebration that could be interpreted as a bribe.
COMMITMENTS AND PROMISES
It is of utmost importance to offer customers a treatment with integrity and professionalism. In order to generate trust and credibility with them, you must have as a commitment only that which can be fulfilled in its entirety.

ANTI-RETALIATION POLICY
The company makes it clear through the General Management that retaliation against any employee who seeks advice, raises a concern or reports misconduct is strictly prohibited. If an employee, regardless of his or her role in the company, retaliates against an employee who has truthfully reported a violation, the organization will take appropriate action.
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
If any employee participates in any act that violates the values of the company, is involved in an act of bribery, corruption, etc., this will be grounds for termination from the company, the particular actions will be discussed with the Quality Assurance and Operations Management and with the General Management. The company reserves the right to take civil, criminal or administrative action, depending on the severity of the offense and the risk to the company.
