The purpose of this document is to make known and promote an ethical behavior of all those involved in the company QSAR Analytics S.A. de C.V. being HONORABILITY the central value of all activities and commitments that exist in it. However, it is essential to be carried out through the corresponding procedures, for this purpose, the quality audits must be carried out under the applicable criteria of the International Standard ISO 19011:2018, while the accounting audits under the applicable legal and fiscal requirements, for these there must be a plan and a request in between.

SUPPLIERS

SALARIES AND BENEFITS

EXPENSE REPORT

In all cases, QSAR Analytics S.A. de C.V. is responsible for the employees while they are on work activities, but is not responsible for those that are not part of the travel plan and those that the employee decides to perform on their own and that put their health or integrity at risk.

QSAR Analytics S.A. de C.V. is committed to maintaining a work environment free of verbal and physical harassment. REPORT
All employees are free to report any disrespect or violation of this code, policy or any other regulation, being certain that their complaint will be handled under the strictest confidentiality and applying the provisions of the "Anti-Retaliation Policy".
SANCTIONS
Employees involved in cases of harassment or discrimination are subject to corrective measures, including termination of employment. It is the responsibility of the managers of each area to avoid such situations. It is also important to note that employees have the right to express their opinions, such as doubts, concerns, problems or complaints related to discrimination or harassment.
